The Peak Nutrients sells digital products — evidence-based guides on nutrition, sleep, and supplementation, delivered as downloadable PDF files. Our products are informational and educational. They are not physical goods, software, medical devices, supplements, or professional services.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and are subject to change. The price shown at the time of your purchase is the price you pay. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Payhip, and its payment partners. By purchasing, you agree to Payhip's terms in addition to ours. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Any discount codes are valid only for the period and conditions stated, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.
4. Refund policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on our digital guides. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at thepeaknutrients@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.
Please note: under EU consumer law, by purchasing a digital product and accessing it immediately, you acknowledge that you may lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once download has begun. Our voluntary 14-day guarantee above is offered in addition to, and independently of, any statutory rights you may have.
5. Delivery & access
Digital products are delivered electronically, usually immediately after purchase, via a download link and/or email. You receive lifetime access to the files you purchase, meaning you may download them for your personal use without an ongoing subscription. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filtering, or issues with your device or connection.
